Weekly cookie orders open on Monday at 8am and close every Wednesday at 6pm EST.

To keep things simple and organized, all orders are prepared fresh and available for pickup during the following times:

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Porch pickup details and the exact address will be sent after your order is confirmed.

If you need a different pickup time, feel free to reach out before placing your order — I’ll always try to accommodate when I can.

• Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may be left outside for porch pickup (if applicable), but I cannot guarantee freshness beyond your pickup window.

• If you miss your pickup time without communication, your order may be forfeited without refund.

I completely understand that life happens — just send me a message as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to work with you.

• Orders canceled with at least 72 hours notice may receive a partial refund or credit

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable

Custom orders are non-refundable once booked due to the time and preparation involved.
